This Master Terms of Use + P3Ai Terms + Privacy Policy (“Terms”) applies to:

- https://p3firm.com (the “P3 Firm Site”)

- https://hirep3firm.com (the “HireP3 Firm Site”)

- any related pages, funnels, checkout pages, subdomains, and landing pages owned and operated by P3 Firm, LLC

- the P3Ai subscription product and any P3 Firm paid services (collectively, the “Services”)

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

By accessing either website, purchasing a service, or using P3Ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or Services.

If you purchase on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

WHO WE SERVE

The Sites and Services are intended for adults 18+ and business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

We provide:

A) P3Ai: a subscription-based digital product that delivers guidance, playbooks, and outputs based on user inputs.

B) Paid services: including tiered packages that may include setup, implementation, consulting, training, debriefs, and related professional services.

Your plan, pricing, deliverables, and any setup fees are shown at checkout or on your order form (“Order Terms”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Order Terms, the Order Terms control for that purchase.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

You understand results vary based on execution, leadership, team behavior, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, pipeline, hiring outcomes, or performance improvements.

NOT LEGAL, TAX, HR, MEDICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Our content, outputs, templates, and recommendations are for informational and business guidance only. You are responsible for decisions, actions, and compliance. Consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, HR, medical, or financial matters.

ACCOUNTS, ACCESS, AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree you will not:

- use the Sites or Services for illegal purposes

- upload or share content you do not have rights to use

- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt, or overload the Services

- bypass access controls

- harass, threaten, or harm others

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

USER CONTENT + LICENSE TO OPERATE

“User Content” includes anything you submit to us or the Services, including text, scripts, call notes, deal notes, files, recordings, assessments, and other inputs.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and use your User Content solely to:

- provide and operate the Services

- provide customer support

- maintain, secure, and prevent abuse of the Services

We do not sell your private User Content as a business model.

AI OUTPUTS AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

P3Ai may generate outputs based on your inputs. Outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or not appropriate for your situation. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and deciding what to use. You agree not to rely on outputs as professional advice.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING DELPHI)

We may use third-party providers to deliver parts of the Services (examples: Delphi or similar AI infrastructure, payments, email/SMS, analytics, scheduling, CRM, support tools). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, or performance outside our control.

PAYMENTS (STRIPE)

We use Stripe (or Stripe-connected providers) to process payments. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method according to your selected plan, including recurring billing if applicable. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and keep it updated.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION (P3Ai)

Auto-Renewal: P3Ai subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout) until canceled.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel anytime via your account billing portal or by emailing Info@p3firm.com from the email on your account with the subject line “Cancel.” Cancellation stops future renewals.

Access After Cancellation: Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period. We do not prorate unused time.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we may retry billing. If payment is not resolved, we may pause or terminate access until payment is successfully processed.

REFUND POLICY (P3Ai)

All sales are final. No refunds for P3Ai subscriptions due to immediate access to digital content, frameworks, and intellectual property.

We may consider rare exceptions case-by-case at our sole discretion. Any exception does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.

SETUP FEES, CONSULTING, AND SERVICES (TIERED PLANS)

Some tiers include setup fees, consulting, onboarding, implementation support, training, debriefs, and other services.

Unless otherwise stated in the Order Terms:

- setup fees are non-refundable once work begins or access/resources are delivered

- services are scheduled based on mutual availability

- missed or no-show sessions may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion

You agree to provide timely access to required people, data, and inputs. Delays on your side may impact timelines and outcomes.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account during investigation and provide documentation to the processor. We may require payment before restoring access.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials provided by P3 Firm, including frameworks, playbooks, templates, training, branding, and the P3Ai experience, are owned by P3 Firm or licensed to us.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for internal business use only during your active subscription or service term.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, or create derivative products based on our proprietary materials without written permission.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We will treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only to provide the Services, except as required by law, to prevent fraud/abuse, or to operate the Services with vetted vendors as described in the Privacy section.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY (PART OF THESE TERMS)

WHAT WE COLLECT

We may collect:

- contact information (name, email, phone, company)

- billing information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)

- account data (login, plan level, support history)

- usage data (interaction logs, device/browser information)

- User Content you submit (text, scripts, notes, files, recordings, and other inputs)

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

- provide and operate the Services

- process payments

- communicate about your account and service updates

- provide support

- prevent fraud and abuse

- improve reliability and user experience

- comply with legal obligations

WHAT WE SHARE AND WHY

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, such as:

- payments: Stripe

- product delivery and infrastructure: AI platform providers (including Delphi-related tooling as applicable)

- communications: email and SMS providers

- analytics: website analytics tools

- scheduling/CRM/support: tools used to manage delivery and customer support

We do not sell personal information as a business model.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

We may use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

DATA RETENTION

We retain information as long as needed to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of certain data subject to legal and operational requirements.

SECURITY

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and you acknowledge there is always some risk.

YOUR RIGHTS

INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
